Our Domiciliary Care allows people to stay in the comfort of their own homes and is a popular alternative to residential and nursing homes. It enables those with care needs through illness, long-term medical conditions and old age to remain in their own home retaining their independence.
Our qualified member of staff begin by visiting the prospective Service User within your own home to complete a full assessment. This will include your health, emotional and social needs, we will discuss your desired outcomes from using our services, respecting your choices and preferences. The assessment can be carried out either with you on your own or with family.
Once the assessment has been completed we can then design the right care and support package tailored to your needs and aim to support you in improving your general well-being and quality of life.
Supported Living:
We provide quality accommodation and support to individuals with mild to severe learning disabilities, mental health challenges, distressed behaviour and individuals with Autism their personalised environment.

Complex Needs Service:
At Niorgrey Healthcare we support people with different types of mental health and emotional conditions and other complex needs to live independently by providing personalised support packages in their own homes or in the community.
